how to request deletion
- Email us from the address registered to your These Hours account.
- Use the subject “Delete my These Hours account”.
- Include your display name so we can identify the correct account. Do not send a password or sign-in link.
what we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify your authentication account, profile and hosted hours where we are the controller. Your name will be removed from participation records where practical.
what may remain briefly
Limited information may remain in encrypted backups, security logs or records we must retain for legal reasons until those systems expire or the requirement ends. If an hour was shared with other people, we may preserve a de-identified record so their own history remains coherent.
timing and questions
