“We measure screen time.
Why not the time that matters?”

Not a streak to protect. Not content to post. Just a gentle way to notice where your days actually went.

the useful bits

good questions.

does everyone need the app?

No. One person starts the hour and shares its QR code or link. Friends can tap in from a browser without making an account.

does These Hours track my location?

No background location tracking. You can add a place label to an hour when it matters, but being present is the point — not proving where you were.

is it another social network?

No feed, followers, likes or public performance. It is a calm personal record of the time you chose to keep.

where can I get it?

The native Android app is being prepared first. iPhone support is planned after the Android launch.
